Wanting to Discover something at the bottom of the canyon

After two weeks on the planet the ant soldiers,built 5 mecha climbers,and 5 assualters.They were large but light with machine guns,lasers, and rockets.He told about 30 of his soldiers with him as they rode on the mecha's as someone ploited them.They started to hook thier legs into the ices as they went down the wall.Everything seemed fine as they were reaching the bottom,until one of the assulter felt off the side as it exploded.The fire was clear to see as his mecha landed on the ice floor without a problem.The other mecha's made it as well as they checked for survivers."Well thats one way to make a fire"He called the ant soldiers so they work on new models at thier base in the city on bigger models with stronger firepower.
