He tries to stay opmtimistic but he can become depressed and thus his condition and his behaviors goes down with it. When you read condition, it's more of his condition of mentallity -meaning insanity and sanity- than physical condition.

Power: Deus Creationem Interitum

Power Description: Deus Creationem Interitum, which means God of Destruction and Creaton in Latin, is a ability that allows the individual to break down a object into basic elements and put it back together in a whole new way... if the user wishes so... Equivalence of mass is preserved unless there was a disturbance in the process of dematerilization and materialization. Most of the power in the ability, however, lies in the disintegration process, which is hundred times faster than the integration process.
The ability's second name comes from the bible. The Pale Horse of the Four horsemen of Apocalypse represents the Death. This name was given because of the way the objects around him disintegrate: they slowly break up into millions and billions of pieces not able to be seen by the naked or the microscope as if to rot away.
However, this ability, in all of its aggressive power, has a downside; it takes time. At first, the disintegration is atmoic level, then molecular. It takes at least 30 seconds to start the breaking down of molecular levels. And that is the highest it can go. The molecular level disintegration also has a speed. It starts with 10 cubic cm per second per second, and the max volume of disintegration allowed at the highest speed is 1 cubic m per second. But this also decreases to 50 cubic mm per second if the object is moving, it doesn't matter the speed. But if they are really far away, like 1 km, he must stop his disintegration process before his brain goes 'shut down' on him and he falls into a coma. Using DCI puts hell lotta strain on the brain. So Katesen often fins himself nosebleeding once or twice a month.
The weakness to this ability is constant chemical reaction. The synthesis and decomposition of atoms and compounds disturb the flow of PSI that eats away the atoms and the moleculars. So fire is its gratest weakness.

History:
Katesen was born in a test tube of a Vendi-Ulis. He was made from a humanoid remnants of a near-human species they found. They studied from his behaviors and learned that they and humans are similar in many ways. Especially the philosophy part. He grew up with them, believing that he was a experiment. When he reached an appropreiate age, which is around 15 years old, the Committee of the Vyumin Scientists agreed to tell the truth. He took it all in without a problem, because it was actually a better situation for him than he thought he was in. He asked them to travel amongst the stars, for it had been his goal to do so. They said okay and gave him a small Ceil-class frigate to him. And he began to travel.
