Contrary to Lady Luka, Kargagna had long since finished his work. He found, them to be a chore, but it always paid off in the end to have work finished before it became true problem. He had had time to finish his work, exercise for over two hours non-stop and practice shooting on his ship before he even walked landed on Sigma. His sleek ship had skated across the skies as if they were a frozen lake. A trail of moisture sliding off of his ship and creating a fine mist behind him. Parking was a problem in Sigma, considering it cost too much, and he would rather not have to use the reserved parking in front of the UWUC building, it was subject too to many tourists, and he would rather enter in secrecy. And so, he had parked on the upper levels of Sigma near a hotel, his spaceship suspended in an open air garage. He had taxied himself down to the UWUC building, arriving as inconspicuous as possibly, and strutting up to the building, ready to do business as usual. His athletic and trim, lizard like physique made climbing the multitude of stairs as easy as sliding down hill.

In respect for his culture, he was wearing a traditional, a long black robe with golden trim, that hugged his skin. It was open down the middle, revealing his chest and what looked like a skirt. But was actually a yax'iora. A fancy war cloth that had a black bold design, with a long flap of cloth that was covered in a gaudy gold color. He entered the UWUC building with a frown, seeing all the tourists that he towered over. His claws flexed as a picture was taken for him. For a second he was tempted to beat the pulp of whoever had done it, but he already wasn't popular with the papparazi for dangling one of their slime off a rooftop. And he didn't want to give them another reason to send him to prison. Instead he ignored it, turning away from the tourists and catching sight of a wave of pink. Lady Luka. He cursed in his native tongue, what was that octopus doing here? Didn't she have some scum to suck off the bottom of the sea? Just stay quiet... He told himself, and sneak past.

Kazun who'd taken the time to park where there were reserves for easy access, walked into the building. Every time he always thanked the construction workers who so gracefully put in doors large enough for him to walk through with minimal adjustments to his height. He never enjoyed bending down just to get through doors.

He was surprised when he was met with the activities of frantic news reporters, flashing their cameras at them to get the latest news on their work. Such a confusing mess. It always made his head ache. He'd only been met by the press five times in his extensive years and as a result they always asked him a multitude of questions. He preferred to do his work outside of Sigma finding the office too cramped and depressing. So he always came back every couple months since his work didn't require anything to be done right away. He worked with negotiations and since they ere always so extensive and usually took more than three months just to put together he could take his time looking over the large packets that came in discussing terms so he could see if they come to terms with the Universal Agreement as well as, unfortunately, dot the eyes.

"What are the developments of the Rheun-Herald agreement?" He heard multiple citizens and beings say this at once. He looked away from them, seeing Kargagna also being bombarded by the excited group, but instead of making a getaway as he wanted he was being aided into the crowd by Lady Luka.

"Excuse me," Kazun said, trying to move through the crowd so he could get to his office and collect his next bit of work and submit the rest.
